Nursing Solutions Academy recognizes and is committed to providing equal access to the educational benefits and opportunities provided by technology, and has implemented this Accessibility Policy to ensure that our website is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
This policy implements many steps to improve the accessibility and usability of our website in accordance with generally accepted and available standards and guidelines. Nursing Solutions Academy agrees to the following steps.
WCAG Compliance Standard
All existing and new web material generated by Nursing Solutions Academy must comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA compliance, or updated equivalents.
Our Accessibility Commitments
Designate an IT Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Web Accessibility Policy.
Nursing Solutions Academy administrators and staff to ensure that all free, third-party content used by Nursing Solutions Academy complies with the web accessibility policy.
Ensure that any content obtained through contracts with third-party vendors adheres to Nursing Solutions Academy's web accessibility policy, and that, where relevant, the contract language includes specific language acknowledging adherence to the Nursing Solutions Academy web accessibility policy.
Provide annual training to all Nursing Solutions Academy staff who are responsible for developing or distributing online material to trainees, employees, guests, and visitors with disabilities about the Web Accessibility Policy, the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and their roles and responsibilities in ensuring content accessibility.
Inform all Nursing Solutions Academy employees, visitors, and website users about the Web Accessibility Policy, as well as their right to report policy violations, contact the Web Accessibility Coordinator with accessibility concerns, and/or file a formal complaint through the email.
The Nursing Solutions Academy web accessibility policy will be displayed in logical and easily recognized locations on our website.
The policy will be reviewed once a year, and the last time it was reviewed should be documented online.
As we work toward our objective of guaranteeing the accessibility of our website, we regularly audit our digital content, conduct accessibility testing, and implement improvements based on user feedback and evolving standards.

Formal Complaint Process

All complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days, and a written response will be provided outlining the resolution or proposed corrective actions.
This Web Accessibility Policy is reviewed annually by the Nursing Solutions Academy leadership team. The last review was completed in March 2026. Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this page and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
