Quality Assurance Policy

The Nursing Solutions Academy is dedicated to the establishment of policies that are transparent, open, and not biased, as well as to the maintenance of high standards of quality assurance. We have established policies and procedures to prevent and address malpractice and maladministration. These policies and procedures are reviewed annually, or more frequently if necessary.

Responsibilities and Roles

The quality assurance system is the responsibility of the Nursing Solutions Academy's leadership team, which is headed by the Nursing Solutions Company CEO. This team is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the system.

Quality Policy & Objectives Establish a Quality Policy and set quality objectives for the QAS that are consistent with its context.
Process Integration QAS requirements are incorporated into the processes of the Nursing Solutions Academy.
Risk-Based Reasoning Promoting the use of risk-based reasoning to achieve intended outcomes.
Leadership & Engagement Assisting, directing, and engaging people to improve the efficiency of the quality management system.
Legal Compliance Ensure that Nursing Solutions Academy continually meets the needs of its clients and complies with applicable legal obligations.
Customer Satisfaction Identify hazards and opportunities that may affect conformity and improve customer satisfaction.

Quality of Programs

Nursing Solutions Academy adheres to the recruitment and onboarding process established by its parent company (Nursing Solution Company). The Academy facilitates the attainment of goals for trainees from a diverse array of nationalities and backgrounds.

Admission Process:

Trainees who are interested in our programs must first complete a straightforward procedure designed to identify the most suitable educational option for each applicant.

1 Utilizing an online application
2 A virtual interview with our admission officer
3 Submission of pertinent documentation
4 Payments for tuition are processed by the Finance officer

Throughout this process, we will verify the legitimacy of the submitted files, educational levels, and references to ensure that they meet the admission requirements for the relevant program/courses and to maintain quality assurance.

Our Admission team assesses applications exclusively on the basis of the academic and professional qualifications of the applicants and undergoes regular training to foster diversity and inclusion.

Qualified Lecturers Offering courses and modules taught by qualified lecturers with years of experience in the designated sector.
Continuous Support Nonstop assistance, guidance, and support to our trainees prior to, during, and following their programs.
Code of Ethics Ensure trainees comprehend relevant laws, regulations, and the Academy's code of ethics.
Staff Training Conducting ongoing training sessions for employees to stay informed about latest regulations and best practices.
Supplier & Partner Management Supervise and regulate suppliers, partners, and processes to guarantee program success.
Risk Analysis Conducting risk analysis appropriate for the context, implementing mitigation measures, and establishing goals for continuous enhancement.

Learning Administration & Performance Monitoring

Learning Management System (LMS):

Our learning administration system has been developed to facilitate the monitoring of Trainees' performance and progress, enabling lecturers to offer assistance to each trainee who requires it. Before the course commences, we will consistently notify the trainees enrolled in the course of the pass grade, which may fluctuate based on the program and their level of education.

External policies may apply to certain programs.

Continuous Improvement & Evaluation

  • Educational Content Review: The educational content and objectives will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they remain current and that the trainees receive the highest quality of education.
  • Staff Performance Evaluation: Staff performance will be evaluated at the conclusion of each intake or earlier if deemed necessary.
  • Trainee Surveys: Upon the conclusion of their program, trainees will be asked to participate in an anonymous survey.
  • Exit Interviews: An exit interview may be a component of certain programs.

Policy Review

Annual Review Cycle:

This policy will be reviewed annually, or earlier if deemed necessary. The Quality Assurance team ensures that all procedures remain aligned with current standards, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of our trainees and stakeholders.
