Leaving Your Course Policy

On infrequent occasions, either you or we may perceive that the program/course you are pursuing is unsuitable for you. In this scenario, you may request to exit the program/course, or we may request your departure.
If You Desire to Exit the Program / Course
To withdraw from the program/course, you must submit a written request to us prior to your final hand-in date. Exiting the program post the final hand-in date may incur supplementary charges.
Upon receiving your request for program/course withdrawal, we will acknowledge receipt and thereafter remove you from the program/course. This process is irrevocable after you have been withdrawn from the program/course.
If We Request Your Departure from the Program / Course
Nursing Solutions Academy may, in rare circumstances, request that you leave the program/course. Factors influencing this decision may encompass, but are not restricted to:
Cost Recovery
If you withdraw from your course prior to finishing your qualification for any reason, or if you have outstanding payments owed to Nursing Solutions Academy as per your training contract, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amounts through the Court, if necessary.
Appeals & Complaints
If you believe a decision to request your departure was made in error or wish to appeal any withdrawal-related decision, you may lodge an appeal. Appeals and complaints can be submitted using the designated email address below.
All appeals will be reviewed fairly and promptly by the Academy's designated committee. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Important Notes
- Written withdrawal requests must be submitted from the email address associated with your trainee account.
- Any supplementary charges for post-final-hand-in-date withdrawals will be communicated to you in writing.
- If you are requested to leave due to policy violations, you will receive a formal notice explaining the reasons and the effective date of departure.
- Refund eligibility, if applicable, is governed by the separate Refund Policy and your training contract terms.
By enrolling in any program or course at Nursing Solutions Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Leaving Your Course Policy. We encourage all trainees to reach out to their academic advisor or the student support team if they are experiencing challenges before considering withdrawal.
