Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nursing Solutions Academy is committed to providing clear and fair cancellation and refund procedures. The following terms apply to all registrations for courses, events, and training programs.

25% Administrative Fee: A 25% administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations submitted five days prior to the event.
Substitutions: Substitutions may be permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may designate an alternative participant from your organization.
Late Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within three days of the event.
No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be issued to registrants who fail to attend the conference without prior notification of cancellation or rescheduling.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing after approval.

Services Delivery Policy

Nursing Solutions Academy ensures timely and reliable delivery of all services, including course enrollment confirmations, receipts, and access to learning materials.

Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to the customer within one to two business days after successful registration and payment.
Payment Receipt: A formal receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation. This receipt serves as proof of registration and may be required for any future inquiries or refund requests.
Delivery Timeline:
  • Course access credentials: Within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation
  • Physical materials (if applicable): Shipping within 3-5 business days
  • Certificates: Issued upon course completion, typically within 10 business days
If You Haven't Received Confirmation:

If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days of completing your registration, please contact our support team to verify your enrollment status.

Important Information

Program-Specific Policies:

Some specialized programs or international courses may have different cancellation and refund terms. Any variations will be clearly stated in the program-specific enrollment materials. In case of conflict, program-specific policies shall prevail.

Event Cancellation by Academy:

In the rare event that Nursing Solutions Academy cancels a course or event, registrants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
