Leaving Your Course Policy
On infrequent occasions, either you or we may perceive that the
program/course you are pursuing is unsuitable for you. In this scenario, you
may request to exit the program/course, or we may request your departure.
If you desire to exit the program /course
To withdraw from the program/course, you must submit a written request to us
prior to your final hand-in date. Exiting the program post the final hand-in
date may incur supplementary charges. Upon receiving your request for
program/course withdrawal, we will acknowledge receipt and thereafter remove
you from the program/course. This process is irrevocable after you have been
withdrawn from the program/course.
If we request your departure from the program/course
Nursing Solutions Academy may, in rare circumstances, request that you leave
the program/course. Factors influencing this decision may encompass, but are
not restricted to:
Failure to meet submission deadlines
Insufficient communication with your trainer, such as failing to respond to
their emails or other forms of communication, can be a factor.
Scholarly misconduct (including plagiarism)
violating the NSA's Code of Practice
Improper utilization of the Academy's online courses/website
improper utilization of the Academy assets
Intimidation or bias
Violating any of the Academy's policies
Endangerment of the Academy staff, other Academy trainees, and service.
Cost Recovery
If you withdraw from your course prior to finishing your qualification for any
reason, or if you have outstanding payments owed to Nursing Solutions Academy
as per your training contract, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding
amounts through the Court, if necessary.
